Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Specialists to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering unparalleled personalized support and guidance to ensure our customers' satisfaction and loyalty with our products. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound orders, account creation, returns, and upgrades, and providing product expertise while maintaining performance metrics.
  • Passionately promoting our products to clients, processing orders, and assisting with account-related tasks.
  • Professionally answering product and promotional inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Documenting interactions for auditing purposes.
  • Resolving issues, de-escalating conflicts, and promoting our products, services, and events to clients.
  • Completing daily training and staying updated on promotions.
  • Seeking guidance from departments and leaders to enhance job skills and performance.

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing), bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • A willingness to learn and be passionate about our products.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and upbeat attitude.
  • Effective listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
  • Phone skills (preferred but not required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Residency in Utah.
  • High-speed internet access (minimum 100 Mbps download).
  • Private, distraction-free home workspace.
