Job Summary
We're seeking a reliable and focused Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible
- Using software to input, edit, save, and back up, and retrieve data
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of client information
- Regular communication with team members regarding data changes or updates
- Participating in team meetings and trainings
- Ensuring regular backups to prevent data loss
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven data entry work experience
- Excellent typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidentiality and ability to maintain client information security
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
