What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Professionally Responding to Customer Inquiries: You'll need to be able to respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, providing solutions and not excuses.
- Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues: You'll need to be able to identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
- Following Up on Complicated Customer Interactions: You'll need to be able to follow up on complicated customer interactions, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
- Recording Details of Customer Interactions: You'll need to be able to record details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently, using our CRM system.
- Developing Rapport with Customers: You'll need to be able to develop rapport with customers, using an upbeat and positive attitude to build trust and rapport.
- Offering Solutions: You'll need to be able to offer solutions to customers, rather than excuses, to resolve their issues and meet their needs.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- 1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience: While not required, we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of customer service-related experience.
- 1 Year of Call Center Experience: While not required, we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of call center experience.
- Basic Knowledge of Computers: You'll need to have basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs.
- Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling: You'll need to have excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
- Live in One of the Following States: You'll need to live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
