Your Role as a Live Chat Support Agent

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, interacting with customers through our intuitive live chat widget. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate assistance to customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. You'll have access to a comprehensive knowledge base, complete with answers to frequently asked questions, as well as a supervisor who'll be available to guide you through any challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely assistance

  • Utilize a comprehensive knowledge base to resolve customer queries
  • Collaborate with supervisors to address complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions

Essential Qualifications:
