Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Engage with Disney fans on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, to provide timely and accurate information regarding Disney products, services, and policies.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
