Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Engage with Disney fans on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, to provide timely and accurate information regarding Disney products, services, and policies.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Disney Promotions and Updates: Keep current with Disney promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers and suggest improvements to arenaflex's social media engagement strategies.
  • Utilizing Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to arenaflex's social media engagement strategies.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: A strong command of the English language, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Platforms: Experience using social media platforms for professional purposes, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure consistency in all customer interactions.
