Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Remote Financial Agent to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and coordinating new employee training to maximize retention. You'll also create and deliver financial plans, conduct calls with representatives, and develop meaningful relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Financial Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of our company and build strong relationships with potential clients
• Conduct appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to accommodate their needs
• Become fluent in financial products, obtaining required licenses such as Life and Series 6, with the option to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65
• Train and onboard new hires, developing them into key team members
• Develop and implement financial plans, providing exceptional service to our clients
