What You'll Do

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Establishing and maintaining utility accounts with precision and accuracy
  • Verifying account eligibility and accessibility to ensure seamless operations
  • Preparing, distributing, and completing work orders with attention to detail
  • Preparing files for mass customer communications, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Assisting with mailing billing statements and other notices, maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Scanning or retaining documents, adhering to arenaflex's document management policies
  • Performing monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests to identify areas for improvement
  • Entering data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases, providing valuable insights for our team
  • Other related duties as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2+ years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • The ability to pass computer skills, typing, accuracy, and 10-key skills testing, demonstrating your technical proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points

While not required, an Associate's degree in business administration, data entry, or related fields can be a valuable asset in this role. If you have a degree in one of these fields, you'll be well-positioned to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
