You'll be responsible for handling emergency road service calls, escalating issues, and working with customers to locate service providers in their area. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to commercial truckers who require roadside assistance

• Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls
• Handle escalated issues from tire service centers
• Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
• Input relevant call information into PC and process new sales orders or upgrade panel types
• Transfer calls to other departments or call centers as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Ability to work from home with a reliable computer and internet connection
• History of great attendance and punctuality
• Highly organized and able to follow-through on tasks
• Proficient typing skills and PC familiarity
• Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Articulate and professional communication style
• Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification
