Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various digital and phone modalities. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various digital and phone modalities, including phone, chat, social media, and email

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow all customer service procedures, best-practices, and policies
  • Action all digital and phone contacts, while staying within SLA (service level agreement) times for all mediums
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Collaborate with management and administration to complete additional duties and tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or equivalent

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field
  • Social media experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a virtual or remote call center environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness and response principles
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

* Starting hourly rate of $17.50, with eligibility for a salary increase upon successful completion of orientation and training
