Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting data into our system, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines.
- Conducting first-line audits to identify and resolve duplicate or excessive charges, contributing to cost savings for our clients.
- Collaborating with service providers to address and rectify invoice discrepancies.
- Working closely with Customer Service Managers to identify and report cost-saving opportunities.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly data entry targets and participating in special projects as needed.
- Maintaining clear communication with the team and handling other assigned duties.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who possesses:
- Exceptional keyboarding skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Basic customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a good understanding of Excel and Word; experience with Salesforce and knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment is a plus.
- An associate's degree is preferred but not required.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent keyboarding skills with a minimum of 60 wpm.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Basic customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a good understanding of Excel and Word.
