Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment; we're open to candidates with transferable skills and a passion for customer service.
