Key Responsibilities

As a LiveChat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate assistance, resolving their inquiries and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions or alternatives, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
