Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a remote part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers

  • Make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction
  • Transfer calls to various departments as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
