Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team in Independence, Kansas. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
- Support sales efforts by processing orders, resolving customer questions and concerns, and maintaining accurate records in our customer database
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance our customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed support to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in customer service best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 5-7 years of experience in customer service roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
- Computer savvy, with experience using software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing deadlines and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the aeronautical field or a related industry
- Previous experience with Pentagon programs or similar government contracts
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer database management
