Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding and resolving general customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat functions
- Documenting all interactions to ensure accurate and efficient communication
- Educating callers on eligibility, benefits claims payments, and authorizations
- Assisting callers with locating network dentists or assignment to primary care dentists
- Delivering high-quality customer service support to meet and exceed member expectations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Bilingual skills in Spanish: You must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse member base.
- Call center experience: A minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a call center environment or customer service/support role is required.
- Technical skills: You'll need to be proficient in operating a computer and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to learn and adapt: You'll need to be able to learn and adapt quickly to our fast-paced production environment and changing priorities.
Schedule
As a remote, temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to work the following schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, PST, with one hour for lunch
- During open enrollment (November 1st - January 1st), you'll be required to work one Saturday per month (lower call volume)
- Start date: ASAP
