Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Post Operations Analytics Consultant to join our NOP team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with leaders and teams across arenaflex to drive business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide advanced-level analytical and business consulting support to internal customers

• Lead complex analyses and drive business outcomes, develop insights, and create data models to inform decision-making
• Coordinate efforts between different teams and stakeholders, providing guidance and support through the execution of projects
• Work with Post Ops Analytics meetings, ensuring all materials are developed to tell a compelling story that explains the analysis and supports recommendations
• Collaborate with Post Ops Analytics leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement business solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including leaders and teams across arenaflex
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and drive innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis, business consulting, and project management
• Proven experience in driving business outcomes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and project management
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, or other data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with data mining and predictive analytics
• Experience with data governance and data quality management
• Experience with business intelligence and data warehousing
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
