What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* At least 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, with a strong track record of success.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus, but not required.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management focus, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
