Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
  • Utilizing exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth of our agency.
  • Collaborating with other agency team members to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
