Key Responsibilities
As a Support Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Empowering families and children by connecting them with community resources and advocating on their behalf
- Assisting families and children in sustaining their achievements independently
- Providing support and services to children and families who have found permanency, whether through reintegration, adoption, custodianship/guardianship, or as aged-out youth
- Developing and maintaining relationships with community partners and resources to ensure seamless support for families and children
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support and services for families and children
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Compensation
The average hourly compensation for this role is $19.06, which includes wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differentials, etc.
