As a Phone & Chat Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare staffing.

Responsibilities

As a Phone & Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing prompt and accurate responses to customers
  • Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and resolve issues
  • Performing data entry and customer service tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Navigating online systems efficiently to verify nurse credentials and facilitate shift requests
  • Working requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, identifying customers' needs, and researching to determine if requests have the necessary credentials
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to switch between tasks seamlessly
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, with a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
  • Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online systems
  • Previous remote work from home experience is a plus
  • Quick learning abilities and the ability to work independently
  • Accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Phone & Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

  • Starting pay of $14/hour, with shift differential and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
  • Paid training for 3 weeks, from 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday (EST)
  • Full-time status with 40 hours per week
  • Equipment provided for full-time permanent employees, including a laptop or desktop, USB headset, and high-speed internet connection
