Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for extension and conversion. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing premium service and building relationships with our customers through effective communication via chat, phone, email, and social media. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information, assistance with website navigation, and general support. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication via chat, phone, email, and social media * Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences * Resolving customer issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Providing product information, assistance with website navigation, and general support to customers * Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Customer Service Experience: You must have previous customer service experience in which you helped answer customer questions and resolve issues. * Written & Verbal Communication: You'll need to be an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, as you'll be interacting with customers via chat, phone, email, and social media. * Microsoft Office: You'll need to be comfortable navigating basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. * Technical Requirements: You'll need to have a reliable high-speed internet connection (hardwired) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
