A Day in the Life of an arenaflex Customer Service Representative

As a virtual receptionist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to provide basic information about our services and support
  • Listening attentively to customers and collecting data to provide them with the information they need
  • Taking accurate notes and detailed messages to ensure that all calls are documented and reported to the appropriate business
  • Scheduling appointments for customers and processing orders and payments
  • Maintaining order and ensuring that all calls are handled professionally

Qualifications of an arenaflex Customer Service Representative

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Be a resident of AL, FL, GA, TX, or VA
  • Have the ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors
  • Be able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Have strong customer service skills and a friendly, upbeat personality
  • Be able to type and talk simultaneously
  • Have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Windows 10 and above
  • Be bilingual is not required, but a plus

Telephony Requirements

To ensure that you can provide exceptional customer service, you'll need to have:

  • A landline phone or cellular phone with an excellent cellular connection
  • A wired headset is preferred, but a wireless headset with 8 hours of continuous usage and a clear connection is also acceptable

Computer Requirements

To perform your duties, you'll need to have:

  • A processor with a Pentium i5 Quad-core (Equivalent or better)
  • A minimum of 8GB of RAM
  • A hard drive with a minimum of 100 GB
  • Two video outputs for dual monitors (Y-jacks and splitters will not work)
  • An operating system of Microsoft Windows 10 and above
  • Monitors with a resolution of 1920×1080 at 100% scaling
  • Installed software including anti-virus (Windows: Windows Defender only) and malwarebytes (the only permitted anti-malware software)
  • A webcam, plug and play mouse, and plug and play soft-touch keyboard (for laptops, too) that do not utilize additional software
  • An approved USB headset

Internet Requirements

To ensure that you can provide exceptional customer service, you'll need to have:

  • A stable Cable or Fiber Ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50MBps download and 10MBps upload
  • A copy of your current internet bill with your address
  • We do not allow any form of wireless Internet Service or connection, which also means you cannot use Wi-Fi and will need to connect your computer via ethernet
