Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Updating client information in Google Sheets with accuracy and efficiency
  • Responding to customer texts using our developed texting platform
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Working independently from home, with flexibility to log in and out as needed
  • Periodically signing back in to clear out works and manage available tasks
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless client information management and exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word software
  • Strong grammar and spelling skills
  • A notable typing pace (at least 40 wpm)
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
