Job Summary
As a Senior Financial Analyst in our Digital Business and Financial Planning team, you'll be responsible for analyzing performance and developing financial models to drive business growth and success. You'll work closely with senior business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to lead the investment analysis, actuals, forecast, objective, and long-range planning processes. Your expertise will be critical in shaping our digital business strategy and driving financial performance across our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain schedules for digital performance metrics, including execution summaries, trend analysis, and quarterly forecasting
- Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams to build financial tools and models that drive business growth and innovation
- Analyze financial data to identify key business drivers and opportunities for growth, and develop data-driven strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
- Develop and maintain schedules for cost construction of our digital business
- Work closely with senior business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to lead the investment analysis, actuals, forecast, objective, and long-range planning processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to build a network of partners and resources
About You
* Strong technical skills in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning, with a focus on digital business and financial planning
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and data analysis, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven strategies to drive business growth
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools, including financial modeling software and data visualization tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
