Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your key responsibilities will include: * Inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into our company database with precision and accuracy * Ensuring all necessary data is entered accurately for timely claims and application processing * Identifying and correcting errors using appropriate quality control methods * Reviewing data for discrepancies and obtaining further information for incomplete documents * Notifying applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information * Maintaining a daily production log to ensure all time and work is accurately documented * Performing other duties as assigned by management Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Data entry experience or related office experience * Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns and trends * Experience with data management software and systems Education Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent Experience Requirements * Data entry experience or related office experience preferred Why Join arenaflex?
