Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative on our Remote Customer Support Team, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner

* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
