Work-at-Home Opportunity

As a Work-at-Home Customer Care & Sales Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the freedom to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. With a guaranteed minimum pay of $18 per hour and the potential to earn up to $28+ per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Work-at-Home Customer Care & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Selling arenaflex's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call, meeting sales goals and objectives
  • Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers
  • Meeting goals and growing from feedback and coaching, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development
  • Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
  • Ability to retain knowledge, learning and memorizing product information and customer information
  • Attention to detail, providing care and attention to every customer issue
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, with the ability to politely address customers and show patience and empathy in resolving customer concerns
  • Flexibility, with the ability to meet the needs of each customer and adapt to changing business needs
  • Organization, with the ability to multitask with speed and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations while maintaining a standard of quality customer service
  • Dedication, with a reliable track record in attendance and performance
  • Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment (noise levels, using headset 90% of the time)
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
  • Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives

Work-at-Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • A distraction-free workplace that meets arenaflex's standards
  • A hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not allowed)
  • Minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed
