Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative / Sales professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complex world of home refinancing and real estate. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, promoting and selling our services, and driving sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide extraordinary experiences to our customers through exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

• Effectively promote and sell our home refinancing and real estate services to customers
• Overcome customer reluctance and objections through effective communication and negotiation skills
• Read and communicate well in English, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
• Type and navigate a computer while holding a conversation with customers
• Sit for long periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and focus
• Navigate multiple computer systems, including our CRM and sales platforms
• Meet and exceed self-set sales goals, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue

Qualification Requirements

* High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel in sales and customer service

• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
• Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
• Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales

Requirements for Working Remotely

* Hard-wired internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload

• Agent-provided equipment, including a computer, headset, mouse, and keyboard
• A secure room with no outside sound, and monitor screens not visible from outside windows
• A desk and chair, with a comfortable and ergonomic workspace
• A Windows 10+ operating system, with 25GB+ available disk space and 2.4GHz+ quad-core processor
• 8GB+ RAM, with a dual 19”+ monitor setup (preferred)

Schedule

* 8-hour shift, with a focus on day shifts and weekends

• Flexible scheduling, with the ability to work from anywhere
