Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues
  • Data entry in various platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Utilize effective listening and analytical skills to summarize details and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years' of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field (not required, but preferred)

  • Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus to detail
