As a customer support representative, you will play a vital role in helping our customers understand the capabilities of our products and how they can leverage them to achieve their business objectives. Since this is a remote position, you should be self-driven, organized, and able to thrive in an autonomous work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new customers to our service through our well-defined onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.

  • Provide expert support to customers via Zoom, phone, email, and online chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Resolve complex issues by analyzing the customer's problem, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, ensuring that the customer's needs are met.
  • Maintain and update our knowledge base and related customer support documents, ensuring that our resources are accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Outstanding communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with the basics of internet technology and small business online marketing.
  • Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, being self-motivated and organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
