Responsibilities

As a Part-time Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and helpful
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of a quick-paced work environment
• A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus

Requirements

* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

• Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
• Must be able to start on 9/30/24 and attend 6 weeks of paid, part-time remote training via Zoom, Monday - Friday between the hours of 4:00pm-8:00pm CST
• Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday, after training
