Primary Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inquiries from customers through telephone, chat, and email, providing prompt and accurate responses to their queries.
• Assisting clients with booking, modifying, and canceling their vehicle reservations, ensuring seamless and hassle-free experiences.
• Providing precise details regarding vehicle availability, leasing rates, policies, and guidelines, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
• Promoting additional products and services to meet client needs and enhance their rental experience, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, facilitating data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
