Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality data entry support to our operations and customer service teams. You will work closely with our team members to ensure accurate and timely data entry, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. This is a part-time/full-time remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality data entry support to our operations and customer service teams

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, and maintain high levels of data integrity
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality and discretion

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, healthcare, computer science)

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical billing software
  • Certification in medical coding or billing (e.g. CPC, CMC)
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian healthcare regulations and laws
