Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Customer Operations to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer operations leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our customer-facing teams and developing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Develop and execute business plans to identify key opportunities to drive refreshment quality, cost reduction, and category growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Lead project teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and financial management.
  • Identify key drivers of service to develop solutions that reduce costs, improve quality, and drive additional value to customers and arenaflex.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other internal partners.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or operations management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales, customer service, or operations management.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other internal partners.

  • A graduate degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or operations management.
  • Experience working with data, analytics, and business intelligence tools to inform business decisions.
