Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Rapidly recognizing and resolving client issues
- Effectively searching for answers to issues

Position Type/Standard Schedule
* To be eligible for this remote job, you must live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin
- This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home
- At arenaflex, we are committed to providing you with the tools and resources necessary to succeed in your work, and a supportive work environment that promotes a positive and enjoyable work-life balance
- Effective candidates will participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program, which includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures
- The training program will be Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST, and will be followed by a permanent shift that may include nights and weekends
- When working from home, a quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection are required

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
- Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (arenaflex does not offer part-time schedules)
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and figure out different products
- Advanced education and comfort with exploring online, email, and web search
- Dedicated high-speed internet connection with association rates of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download
- Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using suitable language, tone, and expression
- Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
