Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing accurate information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information and ensuring data accuracy
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome
• Assisting with order processing and tracking, including resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and ensure seamless customer experiences

Job Requirements
