Job Summary
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in connecting with our clients, ensuring quality control, and providing personalized support to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a critical link between customers and our client base, conducting quality control check-ins and updating clients on our growth and progress
- Communicate crucial details to customers regarding the value of our services and matching them with the right solutions
- Reach out to over 50 new customers daily, making personal connections and providing exceptional customer service to achieve 100% satisfaction
- Update internal databases with critical details and special requests from homeowners
- Provide outstanding customer service through interactions with homeowners over phone and email

- Update clients on upcoming offers and packages to improve their home and life quality

Job Requirements
* Follow the outline of company policies and procedures
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers
- Outgoing, professional, clean-cut, aggressive, and drug-free
- Participate in all required staff meetings and trainings
- Help maintain and promote a high company morale, professional, and friendly work environment

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies
