Job Type and Working Hours
This is a full-time position, and you'll work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST. As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you'll need to ensure that you have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
