Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Analyst – Quantitative Research and Business Insights, you will be responsible for:
- Directing data analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Conducting research studies to identify trends and patterns in data
- Creating and presenting visualizations of quantitative data to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and develop research studies
- Developing and maintaining databases and data systems to support research efforts
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through written reports and presentations
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
- Experience working with large datasets and statistical software, such as R, SAS, Stata, or MATLAB
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services
