Job Type and Working Hours
This is a full-time, remote position, and we're looking for individuals who can work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST). As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
