Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and effective manner
  • Assisting customers with tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
  • Providing information about arenaflex services and policies
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Updating customer information in the database
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
