Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and effective manner
- Assisting customers with tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
- Providing information about arenaflex services and policies
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Updating customer information in the database
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:
