Job Summary:

You'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems and databases from various sources, verifying the accuracy of data before entry, and maintaining and updating data as necessary. Responsibilities:

* Accurately input data into arenaflex systems and databases from various sources

• Verify the accuracy of data before it is entered to ensure data integrity
• Maintain and update data as necessary to reflect changes and updates
• Respond promptly to data entry requests and inquiries from team members and other departments
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity across the organization
• Identify and correct data entry errors to maintain data accuracy
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as required to support business decisions
• Ensure confidentiality and security of data, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in data entry software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with team members and other departments

Technical Requirements:
