Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, delivery, products, payments, and website guidance
• Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and arenaflex business partners
• Gathering intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance
• Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts, and national holidays
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Right to work in Colombia
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency) with an English level of 85% or above
• Proficient computer skills
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace within a dedicated office space with a desk and chair
• High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Compensation and Perks

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll receive a competitive monthly pay rate of $2.535.750 COP. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including private medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
