Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director, Data Analytics Specialty Pharmacy to lead our data analytics team in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data analytics tools and systems to support business operations
  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of data-driven decision making
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the data analytics team to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to develop and implement data analytics solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Work Liabilities

* Oversees a team responsible for daily tasks

  • Responsible for conveying all Pharma legally binding answering to producers inside demanded time span
  • This includes working with cross-functional groups to make apportion, status, stock and different reports that are legally required
  • This team is responsible for guaranteeing information exactness and de-identification of required information fields to ensure consistency with Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) parts of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Directs the creation and examination of information to help Pharma and Payer Quarterly Business Surveys (QBR)
  • This includes auditing information with internal partners and the cooperation in QBR gatherings with outside clients
  • Provides directional oversight to the support and upgrade of pharma and payer entries/dashboards
  • This includes the preparation of Quarterly Business Audits information and information examination for both Pharma and Payer
  • The group will work with client preparing for both Payer and Pharma accomplices that approach these dashboards
  • Directs group responsible for working out all factor charges provided to accounting to help month-to-month and quarterly charging of contracted administrations for Pharma
  • This includes working with cross-functional groups to assist with settling mistaken or late solicitations
  • Responsible for regulating the group that screens the accommodation of passes to run reports, give examination, makes and update Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) for detailing demands that roll in from partner across the Specialty association
  • Manages group that upholds the survey of Solicitation for Proposition (RFPs) or potentially Solicitation for Data (RFIs) and execution for both Pharma and Payer
  • Directs joint effort with cross-functional partners to act as a functioning Informed authority (SME) for information administration across the arenaflex Venture
  • Advises key partners on specialized topics
  • Accomplices cross-functionally to decipher and characterize business needs for area of obligation to execute against
  • Makes suggestions for the definition of the systems and working plans of the predefined area of obligation, then, in light of winning circumstances executes or changes the working plans
  • Works with outer sellers and outsiders to create and keep up with positive connections

Essential Capabilities

* Four-year certification and at least 6 years of experience in a related field OR Secondary School Recognition/GED and at least 9 years of experience in a related field

  • No less than 2 years of experience laying out and keeping up with key associations with interior (peers, colleagues and initiative) and outer accomplices (business local area, clients and sellers) inside a lattice association to foster procedures that meet division objectives inside financial plan and timetables

Favored Capabilities

* Four-year college education in Measurements, Designing, Software engineering or Data Frameworks

  • Graduate degree/MBA
