About the Job

As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Site Chiefs, Managers, and Task Partners. You'll oversee the daily operations of 2-4 DashMart sites, ensuring seamless processes, productivity, and security. Your expertise will drive process improvement activities, enhance customer experience, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Site Chiefs, Managers, and Task Partners

• Own and manage the daily operations of 2-4 DashMart sites, ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and securely
• Plan, build, and execute process improvement activities to drive functional efficiencies and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide your team with the necessary tools, resources, and support
• Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement

We're Looking for Someone Who:

* Thrives in ambiguous, startup environments and is comfortable with change and uncertainty

• Is an information-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
• Is a culture leader who embodies arenaflex's values and principles
• Has 3+ years of experience in operations, management, or a related field
• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in starting or scaling an effective startup

• Functional experience in operations, satisfaction center/warehousing, or related fields
• Proven ability to assemble and develop high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence tools

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive base salary range: $35-45/hour
