Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting customer achievement and resolving complex issues related to financial products and services through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video calls, and other lines of communication.
  • Performing routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Routinely receiving guidance from management, escalating questions, and referring more complex issues to senior staff.
  • Conducting analysis to determine complex customer issues, including collaborating with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Working with experienced agents on complex issues and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Being responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff members.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Capabilities:

* 3+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing customer needs or resolving customer issues, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business processes and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
