Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with claims, billing, and payment issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and accurate.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
