Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining a clean and organized customer service area, including processing transactions, handling cash, credit, and debit payments, and staying informed about arenaflex's products, services, and policies
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing support during peak periods
- Handling difficult situations with patience and professionalism, and escalating issues to management as needed
- Processing transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all transactions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
