Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized customer service area. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges, and resolving customer complaints efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organized customer service area, including processing transactions, handling cash, credit, and debit payments, and staying informed about arenaflex's products, services, and policies
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing support during peak periods
  • Handling difficult situations with patience and professionalism, and escalating issues to management as needed
  • Processing transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all transactions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and other retail technology
