As a customer experience specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our team, serving as the eyes and ears for our clients. Responsibilities

As a customer experience specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support via telephone and/or Internet, including instant message, email, and other digital channels.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment.
  • Escalating more technical product-related issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist.
  • Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
  • Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause of the problem, and using tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
  • Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues.
  • Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information.
  • Meeting standards of job, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
  • Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

To succeed as a customer experience specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Typing 25 WPM.
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
  • Effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay composed and objective.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
