Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their mortgage accounts. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and promptly. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing escrow analysis, processing account changes, handling payoff requests, and addressing credit bureau disputes.
- Adhering to all regulatory and company procedures to ensure the safety and accuracy of customer mortgage information.
- Maintaining a friendly and calm demeanor while navigating complex issues and addressing escalated calls.
- Acting as a resource for other agents and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing and call center environments.
- Strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle high-volume call center tasks.
- Familiarity with MSP is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
